Needs a slide out keyboard.

It looks like it would have a lot of sound options. Very interesting concept. :D More stuff there than I would ever use. :D

If I wanted to make a wacky guitar that combined all the best elements of Fender/Gibson, I'd totally stick a Telecaster pickup of sorts in the bridge and a PAF in the neck. I like the lipstick in the middle sonically and it's not so bad aesthetically since it won't be chrome alone. I'm not sure how you'd stick a tele pickup in the bridge without it looking weird though (bigsby?), so maybe the HSH setup is the winner. They do make conversion rings, but they're pretty fugly. Better than when I used electrical tape to secure one in my Univox though, lol.

However, if your ultimate goal is to make the weirdest fucking thing ever, maybe you should consider Filtertrons/TV Jones or some wacky vintage pickups from 60s Japanese guitars. That'll give you a unique sound and, worst case scenario, will part out nicely on eBay. That's where I'd go with it, since it'd easily set it apart from anything you already own.

I really like the first concept best! the only thing that I'm not 100% on is the jag plate. I think it could take something there..maybe toggly... or maybey still a switch plate but of a diffrent shapet hat is slightly more flattering to the surounding lines . In all other respects I Love it.
