i don't have any digital images of it, but i have one of these:
i quite fancy a mini synth of some sort (the new korg ms-20 looks lovely), as this thing's a fucking monster.

these are my two. the vox needs a bit of work though, the oscillators need replaced from time to time.DanHeron wrote:I would love an old combo organ.

Well, guys, I just took the worst photo of my life.
Anyway...
MIcroKorg (which is only hangin around because of the Vocoder)
Moog LIttle Phatty
Meblip (purchased in a moment of weakness, no reason to have it.)
Moog Minitaur
Oh, and a free piano.
Someday soon there will be a VOYAGER.

ah yeah, I don't have the FB-01 anymore. those patches were really popular though, go figure. I have a Roland D-110 that fills a similar role right now (cheap sounding digital synth). I have thought about getting another one though just because I am so familiar with it.
if you like those sort of sounds you should check out this guy: http://soundcloud.com/nacho-marty
he has some bangin tunes.

Can't argue with that logic. I've been keeping an eye out for Voyager Old School models, which were closer to the Model D: no MIDI, no touchpad, no presets. Switched On has one for $1,800 right now and it's killing me.aen wrote:Flipped the minibrute. Because Voyager.
Damn, some very fresh sondz there. I picked up a Roland JV-1010 last year (and a rad Vintage Synth expansion card) and I'm really digging it. I pretty much use it as a preset machine as a nice polyphonic foil to Little Phatty, but the FB-01 was very attractive at only $45+shipping for dirty FM stuff. It should be here in the next few days and I'm excited to dig in and give your patches a whirl.Mages wrote:ah yeah, I don't have the FB-01 anymore. those patches were really popular though, go figure.
