Identify these guitars you won't

Post by timhulio »

I know I've seen these pickups before, same for the cool dot inlays. The one on the right has a slightly Eko-shaped body, which was copied by some Euro and Russian makers. Closest guess I had is Orpheus from Bulgaria, but I don't think that's right.

They're obviously European looking but to me they look Italian. No idea what they actually are, though.

I like the one on the left. It looks like a melted rocket ship.

It may take a while, but this site might have some info.

Nice and weird.

The necks look really skinny. It looks like the pole pieces are two widely spread for it to be possible for them to be under the string with the string being on the neck.

Jcyphe will most likely know what they are. Or Westtexasred will not only know what they are but have 20 youtube links of obscure bands or tv shows from the 60's that they were used in.

I've never seen these. My guess would be EKO copies from Argentina but that's just a guess.
