Finally got round to rebuilding this. Will try and do demo either tonight or tomorrow. Might also do some diode and cap messing first. I seem to remember building a bazz fuss with an led in the circuit that sounded really good, when I first got into breadboarding

Hey Stuart, did you ever get around to making that demo?

Anyway, it's been a while since I posted anything in here. I just got my breadboard today and I'm ordering the parts for my planned Whisker Biscuit and a few extra diodes to see what sounds best. I'm also going to breadboard a Trotsky Drive while I'm at it, to get a good grip on how to use a breadboard. I'll post pics when I've got all my parts together on the board!
