Labella 760 FM Flat Wound Bass Strings 4 Sting Set 30" Short Scale

I've tried out a few different sets of bass strings, an expensive endeavor to say the least, and I've got to say, La Bella steel flatwounds are the best flats that money can buy. At $16.95 a set, it's a no brainer, considering these are $35-45 everywhere else. These are medium gauge, so they will be a bit stiff, but they will sound full and deep and last forever. Plus, it's a shortscale so you can probably use the extra stiffness. Flats have that awesome hollow sound that's great for playing with fingers and even better with picks. Even among the flats, I think La Bella sounds and feels better than any other string.

I have no business arrangement with La Bella or Rondo. Just letting you know.

p.s. These will not fit on Mustang Basses. Mustang Basses require medium scale strings, and La Bella flats aren't intended for through-body stringing anyway. La Bella makes a special Mustang set, which is what I use on Mustang Basses.
