Mustang tremolo screw help!

Post by Zowno »

I purchased a second hand 60s mustang trem and it didn't come with screws to mount it on the guitar body. Am I able to buy replacements? Or could I go to the hardware store and pick up some standard sized screws?

go to the hardware store and look for some screws, you should be able to find something comparable.

Replacements online are way over priced. Do what Robert said.

Think the Japanese ones are 5mm diameter, and 8mm long Set screws, (somethines referred to as grub screws).

You should be able to pick some up dirt cheap at a hardware store, or online
