Yo locking tuners are a waste of time

dig my locking sperzels on my usacg build...

they work..

and

they added a bit of sustain to the guitar, i guess along the lines of the principle behind using the 'fathead' products...

^^ is there any hard science that a) they improve sustain rather than just increasing acoustic loudness and B) that any difference is actually carried through the electrics to to the amp?

I get locking tuners, the function of them has sound reasoning, but I'd need to see some computer analytics proving that one!
