Arbiter England Fuzz Face Reissue

Anyone know any details on this (apparently) limited edition reissue of the Fuzz Face by Arbiter England. I believe they were released in the early 2000s. The housing is grey.

Just how limited are they? I may have an opportunity to get one for very cheap...

Vintage Guitar - Arbiter Fuzz Face Reissue

Found this. Apparently this write-up was originally written up in 1997, so the pedal may be a bit older than expected. Seems like everyone has good things to say about it though I can't find a ton of concrete information.

It is not. It was supposedly made in limited quality by one of the original parties involved with the original fuzz face... hand-wired and such.

Unfortunately, the listing for this was removed from Craigslist and the guy never replied to my inquiry. I guess he got wise to what he had. He had only asked $30 for it and mentioned in the article how he had just put a new battery in (as a selling point). I'm not sure he was too well-versed in any sort of effects.

Ah, well. Easy come, easy go...
