never really done one of these! here goes.....

grabbed one from that 20% off joyo code thing. cost about £24 so no real whinges. pretty quick (free) delivery from coda music as well.

fuzz ranges from that fuggy, woolley low range of fuzz right up to madness as you'd expect. the only weird thing is there seems to a slight hint of the upper octave there all the time even though its switchable? its not an issue i just find it a bit odd?

the octave is really nice and not over powering like some. for some people it might even be a bit underwhelming but i quite like it.

tone control and the tone switch are pretty crappy. the mid cut thing is pretty awful. sounds like limp bizkit. not my scene at all so maybe its just me it just seems like an odd addition?

messed around with it for a good while last night the best tones seems to lie on keeping the gain low (off in most cases) and doing the usual octave fuzz stuff. neck pickup, tone rolled back and play up at the 12th fret with plenty of doublestops. im not a massive hendrix fan but you can definately get that vibe.

gain up full brings back memories of the madness of the fender blender that i (STUPIDLY and REGRETFULLY) sold.

anyways cheap as chips and built like a tank so im pretty happy. hope this helps

kinda what youd expect really. like i mentioned overall its not massive "upfront" but definately more prominant higher up and you get that nice clanging sound lower down. dont even dare play chord though!
