11. CHOOSE ONE OF THE PRECEDING 10 PEDALS AS YOUR OVERALL FAVOURITE! - Boss RE-20 Space Echo

Another great topic, Dave. (Don't forget to list your own favorites!) It would've been easy to just rattle off the board I've been using most recently as my favorites list, so instead I spent time thinking about favorite right now versus all-time favorite. The hardest was choosing between EHX big-box DMM and Space Echo, as I love both but feel the Space Echo has long been an integral part of whatever I consider "my sound". Despite having only been in existence about seven years as well as being a DSP-based device, I really think the Space Echo is my desert island pedal. It's the only pedal I've used on every recording and on nearly every instrument imaginable -- sometimes tastefully and sometimes ridiculously.

Two other favorites that didn't make it are the EHX POG2 and EHX Cathedral, due to lack of categorical fitness.

@ Freddy V-C - you couldn't be tempted with a Boss FZ-2 instead then? ;p

I certainly wouldn't rule it out! But there doesn't seem much point unless the Behringer breaks, and so far it's survived two years of gigging.

can the mode switch on the Behringer S'fuzz be jammed between the mode position to successfully get a mixed sound?

Not that I'm aware of... can the Boss version do that? If so, that's a very intriguing idea...

Then my vote is for the Hardwire RV-7.
Best spring reverb I've heard from a digital pedal.
