Seems like it's just a DL4 variant to me.

I bought one after missing having the M9. The only thing the M9 has over it, in terms of delay, is being able to have multiple delay types going at once. It's built like a tank and sounds really good. You get a big variety of delays to work with and I particularly like the ambient (pseudo reverb) setting. I still have a lot to explore and have barely scratched the surface.
