That's beautiful, I don't normally go for painted headstocks but I like that a lot.

Thomann are advertising a couple of FSR CP Jazzmasters at the moment. This one in Shell Pink:

and an Olympic White one (that currently has no picture). Wonder if it's the same?

Edit: I am a fucking idiot. You poasted a Jaguar, not a Jazzmaster. Move along...

Is the white one not the new USA model, as opposed to CP Jazzer there?

Edit: ah ;]

Thomann describe the white Jazzmaster as a "Fender FSR Classic Ply Jazzmaster OWT". They're selling it for £826 so I don't think it's the new American Vintage one, which they list separately for £1739:

The shell pink is nice though, but (in proper cork sniffing fashion) it'd be cooler with a matching headstock.

I think the coolest guitar for shell pink is either a mustang, or a bass vi.

Would somebody tell Fender to put Mustang bridges on these things instead of these god-forsaken tune-o-matics? I've got 2 offsets that came with tune-o-matics (a Jag special HH and a Squier Mascis) and I don't like the bridges, they don't handle larger gauge strings without filing, then you can't go back down as nicely.

The Mustang bridge is PERFECT. Why not use that?

Also, string length behind the bridge, blah blah blah you've read it a hundred times.

Nice to see matching headstocks though, we need more of those.

Sweeeeet guitar, I like the matching head stock I wouldn't be able to get used to the square fret board marking. Nice axe!

I can complain and complain but I'm glad that they don't come in blue or green with matching headstocks. Cause I'd probably buy one.

I am Fender's bitch.
