Ha! It will never sell for that. On the high side, those are $400 guitars. On the low side, they're more like $200.

they are really nice guitars, but not 1000 dollar guitars. the folks that own the music shop here in town got a pro tone telle with the semi holloe f-hole in the cherry finish, fucking sweet guitar, but anywho they got it for like 100 bucks from the pawn shop.

The only pro tone that I think is worth much is the PJ-Bass with the matching black headstock.


And by "worth much" I mean $275 - $300.

I checked the ad a few times to see if the guitar had been owned by someone of huge note.... like... I dunno.... Jesus. Or Buddha. But no... it's just some dude trying to leverage pro tone mojo at 5x trade value.

i've got a pro-tone for the most part.. sold the neck, changed out the pups but the bidge/body works well.
