I've had one of these for ages not used it much due to a volume drop when I switch it on. However I just found this pic that claims they have an internal volume pot. small silver screw to the left of the black box with 4/4 on it, anyone tried it?
Yeah, snap a photo or mark it with a pen...that way, the worst that can happen is it sounds the same as it did to begin with! I've learned that the hard way in the past...
While yes, it is the nature of the beast, in that on a full depth trem with a symmetrical wave, you're kicking out half as much signal, I do find I prefer a trem with a bit of a volume boost, or even a volume control. It doesn't need much, just a nudge.
i used to have one of these and loved it, i never noticed a vol. drop tho. but, i believe when i had it i just had a 15 wat practice amp and a marshall 30 watt P.O.S.
