It has been all a bit hush hush, but has it been anymore so than some of their other recent slightly left-field models? I think it's maybe the absolute shock of them reissuing the Coronado and Starcaster that makes it seem so crazy, to be honest. Certainly wasn't something I was expecting.

The recent Squier releases seemed to be in shops only days after news leaked.

They might yet expand the range. Write to them and express an interest, politely.
Exactly, why would they? So why do I hope for anything else?

A: I think I might be a bit... slow.

Aside from saying he thought it was really awesome, he also alluded to getting to try out some other new models as well, specifically something that sounded like it could be a Toronado reissue.. Sounds like some interesting upcoming months here for new Fender guitars!

I've seen the stock list for the new items, I don't think there is any Toronado on there...

...was probably something like the American Special Jazzy he was alluding to from his vague descriptions

Well, Coronado and Toronado sound similar. I wonder if that guy is just confused.

Unless there are some major copyright/licensing issues with Cobain's estate I would imagine it's only a matter of time.

If we are dreaming, I would love a reissue of the Cyclone II in CAR, Daphne and other cool colors.

I do wish they could move the switch plate down a bit and add a Mustang or Jaguar trem. Not a reissue at that point but still cool.
