Vintage Hot Rod Series Fenders

Compound radius board from 7.25" to 12"; nice n' vintage at the nut for good proper comfort, and bends shouldn't choke out high uo... Med. Jumbo fret wire, though, which is a bit of a drag. Satin neck finishes are nice to see.
The pickup choices sound like they should be decent, but, we'll see how they actually sound; the '52 Tele and 50's Tele both look superb... those mini-humbuckers sounds pretty decent, and I assume the Wide-Range -alike should at least be passable, plus Baja style switching! I'd love to test the Jazz Bass too... no binding on the neck, though :/

some of that page don't even have the compound radius, and most have a D profile which will feel hella different

these feel like a mish mash of trying to appeal to the modders market and warmoth crowd, but as its impossible to make blanket decisions on design that will appeal to a market like that because of millions of possible combinations these just feel like a series of bizarre shots in the dark

i think fender would do so much better if they just rolled back the huge product lines and instead focused on doing a few things really really well

would like to try out their new necks though

yea they should have way more colours available and they should also make a MIA jag and jazzmaster with all standard configuration, except maybe a better neck pocket. It's not like they are the ugly ducklings anymore. A lot of people have warmed up to them. If only bonnamustard would play blues in one....
