Thomann

Did anyone buy an acoustic guitar from Thomann? Do they usually pack acoustic guitars into a double box as they do with electrics?

i would email their support to check. they are very good at answering queries.

my guess is that it would depend on the guitars original packaging and if they deem it strong enough to handle the journey. if they do it with electrics, that's a good sign

Thomann doesn't ship to Kazakhstan, so I buy through an intermediary who has no clue in guitars and stuff. I can ask him to contact their helpdesk, but he usually does such things without big enthusiasm. I bought electric and it was in a double box, then I bought a small combo and it was inside a thin carton factory box almost unprotected.
