Taking the lead from freddy and Punkacc9 threads, whats the least (again excluding gifts, freebies, skip finds etc) you've paid for your gear?

amps, cabs, pedals etc etc

starting this as freddy's thread reminded me of this

I know it's not guitar stuff but I'm a connoisseur of vintage cymbals and recently picked up a 16" Kurt crash for £3.40.

i once got a way huge fat sandwich for 60 dollars, which is 120 dollars less than what they retail for. I later sold it for 80 and now i kind of want one again now that i like a mid rangey distorted tone for certain things.

Paid $20 for a Vantage Analog Echo rack unit at a used guitar store, a Whiteface Rat for $30 at a pawn shop, a Harmony H306a in good working order for $80 off of Craigslist and a Slivertone 1484 head for $120, in a swap meet.

Not that cheap, but I picked up a Digiverb in Cash Converters for £35 - however I later ebayed it and someone paid £88 for it, which is the highest percentage profit i've ever made on anything.
