Post pics of what you think are the most aestheically or cool versions you've seen of any/ all the major Guitar Models. For example: Which is the best looking Strat? Mustang? jag? Les Paul? and do NOT forget ....
Foe STrats, I'm torn between Benecol's Blue Strat (far right below) or an old Oly White seventies model (a'la Malmstain):

I really think that the 50th anniversary Jag in burgundy mist is the most beautiful Jaguar, it has everything.
And I love the neck plate
Then Strat I have to go with the '66 transition, love that headstock.
Those are just Fender, this could go on forever D:

1983 Epiphone Riviera. Best looking 335 type I've seen and rarer than a hen's teeth.

For me, my adolecent pants got wet looking at Gilmour's CAR strat. Just beautiful. Doubt I'd get on with the v shaped neck, but everything else, including the EMGs just made it a dream. So much so, I'm wondering why neiterh of my strats are red. Fuck...GAS.
Gotta love Ol' Black too

Surf Green / Maple strat.
Classic Blonde tele.
Not a fan of 335 style guitars but would take this ES-325.

Strictly speaking old son, it's ocean turquoise metallic. Better picture (although still doesn't capture its lovely greenness...):

David McComb's Jazzmaster. A late one, black guard and blocks. It's a very targety burst, but the red isn't apparent in this pic.

Two guitars on this thread make me miss my guitars that are stashed at mikes.

Its become boring to keep posting this but..
The Malmstainz 70's Strat is a classic but for Super Strats it has to be this..

I'm kind of biased but I love how my G&L looks:
I also really love the brown 335s:
