I was in the same year as him. Never really hung out with him much. Met him at a few parties over the years. Do I know you? There were quite a few Toms as I recall

I don't know, I only did a few projects in Glasgow, I was studying at art school in England at the time but spent most weekends in Glasgow so ended up collaborating on a few projects with Glasgow art school peeps. I used to live with Jim Dick (not a porn star people) before he moved in to the notorious West Princess street flat. We'll have been to a bunch of those shindigs at the same time.

I'm ultra shit with names. You going along tomorrow night?

Yeah I know Jim. I was at Ayr College at the same time as him hung out a wee bit at Art School. Wish he'd done more with his guitar playing, he's pretty good as I remember. Great painter to. Used to have the big room on the first floor of one those flats... was never up to the same partytastic standards of the top floor though. Never actually went to their place, I had dropped out in third year and lost touch with most people. Still say hi if I bump into them and such.

Not able to go tomorrow I'm afraid. I got my name on the door at the Frightened Rabbit gig tomorrow, so will be going to that. Scott, another guy from the same year.... think I might have been the biggest under achiever from that year? Did bits of cover artwork for Biffy Clyro (new them from Kilmarnock) then very little since.

Anyhooo.... hope it's a good night
