I was playing again with it today. And i pulled out the volume knob.
I got the sound from a splitted humbucker.

So yeah you can play it with humbucker sound or single coil sound.

Didn't realise it could do that. Looked at the specs on Fender's website and it says:
Special Electronics: Push/Pull Coil Selector Switch on Volume Control, Selects Inner-Coil of Neck Pickup and Outer-Coil of Bridge Pickup
Glad you're still enjoying it.

I've got a PS Mustang Special and find the myriad of pickup combinations really useful.

Yep its a beast to play.
Changed the guitar strings on it to. Didnt like original (factory) strings. Now much better.
