Troy Van Leeuwen is playing his double-neck Jazzmaster in the latest QOTSA live stream
here .
Looks good - twelve string on top, six string below, blocked and bound.

Isn't he supposed to be getting a signature Jazzmaster pretty soon? Looked a nice colour from what I remember.

Kind of hate it, kind of love it.
I'm glad it exists.

I would like it if the top was a xii instead of a gangbang offspring of a telemaster, xii, and a vm jag/jazz
Congratulations! Your Punkacc9 evolved into Awstin.

I love it but wouldn't buy it, not that it's for sale anyway so a moot point.
I can't wait to try out the regular sig Jazzmaster of his tho.

Do they ever make doubles with the bridge at the same spot? That looks disorienting.

Yes, Danelectro does
On the vintage bass+guitar model the bridge is moved back so that the nuts line up
Yet on the guitar+baritone and guitar+bass reissues, the bridges are in the same place:

I've never liked double necks, but a JM, B&B, and a X11 headstock and im pretty much in.

I like the half-tele side, but if I were to build something like that probably the first thing I would to is switch the 6-string neck to reverse headstock.

love it
i like the tele bridge pickup and split neck setup. very cool. also looks like he's got a vintage style 12 saddle bridge which looks sweet and means each string is intonatable
also i think his recurring colour scheme is really growing on me
