Update! I have chosen the Mustang!
I posted pics of both guitars to show 'em off. The Jag has really sharp fret ends. so sharp I chose the 'stang. Plugged it in this afternoon and got on with it a bit better anyway. Once I'm back in San Francisco I'll post a bit of everything I picked up on my trip.

my uncle didn't have much of an estate, so most of his stuff is going to get put up for sale towards funeral costs and such. I was in Maryland to help out my dad with my uncle's affairs. I wish I had more time to help with his collection. He had some really cool stuff.StevePirates wrote:So... what's going to happen to the Jaguar?

I have a Gibson Goth LP. It's a great guitar. Good ol' portrait of Orville on the back. Heck yeah.
I got a leather jacket from my grandpa when he passed away. It's not nearly as slick as the one you got, but I'll never give it away. Sentimental.
And a Venus, and a Compstang.
Those are some really great mementos.
All that aside, I am truly sorry for your loss. I hope those guitars always keep his memory for you.
