Having looked at various pics of these on line I prefer option 1 with the rosewood... which is lucky as that's what I have.

They're both cool to my eyes, and the reverse Richie Blackmore route ain't half bad.

Of course, it's never too late to succumb to the POWER OF THE FARCE when both the pickup covers and pickguard are of the same color. Maybe even go all the way and add Raw-broz to this kinda thing:

Ordered a set of black pickup covers when I was going to mod my plexiglass strat to look like Nile Rodgers', just tried to fit them on the squire... they're all drilled for the neck pickup the holes are nowhere near fitting the middle or bridge. Off to eBay I go...

Fran said: do an Edge, should I do brass saddles? Bearing in mind it'll be rosewood not maple so won't be exact anyway.

When you press the accelerator past halfway it doesn’t actually go any faster, but the engine noise distorts

Well spotted.

They look cool. Bit pricey, mind. You could buy half a Dumble for that.

I like the brass saddles on my Telebastard, they seemed to take some of the tinny tone away that the steel saddles had.
Probably in my head, mojofeathers and that, but #believe
