It's a Q series 2004 Fender Competition mustang in candy apple red. Not much to say other than it feels similar to my 66 reissue, although this is contoured and the 66 isn't. The pickups aren't bad but are exactly what I expected from these 68 reissues.
The volume pot is snapped and the guy who sold it just sneakily used blu-tac to keep it in place so it's something I didn't notice when inspecting the guitar (and he wasn't exactly forthcoming with the info).
The guitar was coated in a layer of absolute filth when I got it and it seems that someone has cleaned the fretboard with the abrasive side of a dish sponge. You can't feel the scratches but they're quite noticeable in the light.
Either way though I'm really happy with how it plays and sounds. I've set up the trem so it's at the most tension and stuck a set off 11s on it and yeah, it plays great, I just wish it had a matching headstock
