Baffles me why the red one doesn't come with the blocks. Other than the rosewood fretboard I would have expected them to otherwise have identical specs. I like black better anyway.

Most impressive is that Jasmine can keep up with my ever-changing tastes and preferences. This is probably the best present ever. Even better than the Lego Millennium Falcon two years ago. YES. EVEN THAT.

Thursday can't come soon enough.

So, got it. Fuck me, it's good. My first brand new Fender. Quality is really, really top notch. The pickups are mud-monsters but I'm not actually that arsed. Really chuffed with it. I'll try and get some pictures of it along with the rest of the family so far.

Muddy pickups are normal on the cheaper Fenders I guess . Kinda like the Blacktops I'd assume .. Haven't plugged in one of those just yet but I'd think with some good pickups in that mahogany body it would be pretty tits .
