My old guitar tutor Matt Warnock has a signature model built by Dan. It's a telecaster shaped semi-hollow. Every week I'd borrow that guitar when I travelled to his house for guitar lessons and that guitar played better than any guitar I've ever touched before or since.
One day I'd love to have one of his archtops, they're not cheap but that's understandable considering more or less all the work is done by hand.
