There is one for sale locally at $230
I'm going to go try it out, but have any of you fine people had experience with these?
Thoughts?
Any notorious problems I should look out for?

That's one of their higher end models. Price looks really good. My college roommate had one and they are pretty nice.
Some of the other models had odd body woods.

I think one of the guys in Explosions In The Sky plays a Talman. He gets some pretty sweet tonez.

Buy it. I had one and to this day, it's the one guitar I truly regret getting rid of.
If you don't like it, it'll sell fast.

Although I love Jeff Buckley, I found a sweet $200 deal on a MIM Midnight Red Telecaster with pickup/wiring/4-way switch upgrades; with a case.

That is a killer Talman. Get it. If you hate it you can post it here for 300 and make a few bucks on it. But I'm sure you'll love it.

The guy never got back to me. I couldn't pass up the deal I found on an upgraded Midnight Wine Tele with some body bumps and bruises for $200.
