The analogue delay's RRP isn't a surprise, what with the name 'DM-2' being one of those magical "it prints money!" names.
Cynicism aside, I'd be intrigued to hear what the modded BD-2 sounds like. The second mode might iron out the splatty decay and lack of sustain that the stock circuit is infamous for, so it could well be a welcome improvement.

I'm after an analog delay, my birthday's coming up and I was going to get a Maxon AD9 Pro - but I might have to hold out for one of these.
Also very interested in the BD-2W.

Andertons have these up at £135 for the DM-2w and £119 for the SD-1w/BD-2w.

For anyone who's interested, I contacted Roland UK and they told me that they are expecting to receive the first shipment containing the DM2W's towards the end of November. It seems strange to me that they would announce now and then only have them available in 4 months time.

stpuid question: what makes the DM-2w a DM-2 and not a DM-3?
the DM-3 also had a direct output (but on the other side), the DM-2 didn't.
or because it was more popular?

Fuck! My car runs on Tubes!
When you press the accelerator past halfway it doesn’t actually go any faster, but the engine noise distorts

They probably couldn't find any more of those DM-3 knobs.
