Custom UK Pickups - Crash Magnetic Transducers

Post by Mike »

Hey guys

Mark from Crash Magnetic Transducers has been in touch with me recently as we share some customers (and he's said some nice things about MBM pedals which always butters me up), and I thought you kids might be into what he's doing:

http://crashpickups.com/

They have a Jazzmaster sized bucker for all you Jazzmaster guys who want more heft without carving up your guitar which looks ace:

Apparently they also have their own version of the WRHB style thingie on the way.

I think Mark has registered here, say Hi Mark!

I am in no way affiliated with Crash Magnetic Transducers monetarily and even if they sent me new pickups I'm too tired from being a new Dad to fit them anyway

Enjoy!

I knew there was a visual reminder in there somewhere but couldn't put my finger on it - nice!

Thanks Mike! Hi all.

I think you folks would dig the stuff I make - we're trying to put out original designs rather than the usual round-up of vintage clones. We've been doing CMT for maybe six months but I think we've got a cool selection so far. I'm really interested in what you think.

Sales pitch ain't my thing, but if there's any questions -about our coils or anyone's coils- I'd love to help out. I'm particular interested in 'wishlist' type ideas anyone might have for their ideal pickups. I bleddy love that stuff. Post on here or drop me an email - Mark@crashpickups.com

And I suppose most of you have heard Mike's Ultralord pedal right? That thing is I N S A N E.

I like to make these by wrapping painfully thin wire around braces of magnets.
For the good of mankind.
