I'm finding this quite classy, and with the proper tinted CV gloss over maple and other elements to drool over I'm predicting a real weeeener, if not the Chinese going all out and at least makin' Leo Squier proud for 2014.

This is super rad.

Motorcycle Emptiness was one of their big hits. Although it was nowhere near as good as "If You Tolerate This..." or that time they played a show in Cuba and became really good friends with a dictator whose human rights record is atrocious.
I'm also with 'cyphe on the Sherwood and others, the Strats are looking decent.
I'm hoping the slightly "off" appearance of the colors is just a funky lighting issue, 'cause having these guys in the CV collection is not a bad deal.
Soooo yet again, Fender is bringing the awesome colors to the top of the Squier line, and will surely charge the same as Chinese-made Fender guitars. What the hell, why don't they just sell all the Chinese models as Fender and keep the really cheap stuff as Squier? Makes no sense to me. Don't get everyone gushing over the Thinlines, either...personally I would rather pick up a used MIM one at the same cost. Maybe those aren't as common / cheap in the UK as they are in the US? I love that BB P-bass though.
feeling that sherwood green stratocaster. possible future gear purchase. been kinda wanting a nice strat lately, mine's shitty.
always really liked the squier cv line, and am glad they keep adding nice colors to the selection, they're quality too.
and the vintage modified ones are really nice too, i remember when VM was just affinity looking guitars with humbuckers lame colors and dumb configs. now they're looking class.

not a fan then Ek?
Eh, I'm actually pretty ambivalent about them most of the time. I just don't get the painful erections they appear to inspire in other people. They're mostly like any other Welsh act to me, like Catatonia, Stereophonics or Tom Jones. Background or lift music, but they had that one sort of interesting blip with the guyliner wearing member who MYSTERIOUSLY VANISHED, except he's almost definitely dead, his crowning achievement having been accidentally making his body impossible to locate after he committed suicide.
