Bought a Nux Modcore

Post by Gabriel »

Was browsing donner deal last night looking for a couple of cheap pedals. They've got some really cool stuff for under £30 a pedal!

I picked up a Nux Modcore as I don't currently have any modulation pedals. The reviews are mixed so I'm not expecting too much, but for £23 including postage it can only impress and to be honest I'll only be using this at home or for the odd pit gig.

Will post a review when it arrives.

I want one of these as well. Be interested on your thoughts.

Might pickup one and a Caline Mark 4 at the end of the month.

The pedal arrived today, I am really impressed. This pedal is actually really good regardless of how much it cost, plus its built pretty solidly.

Will be using it on a gig in a couple of weeks so I'll know how well it holds up live pretty soon.

Quick iphone video is being uploaded to youtube right now and I shall post it as soon as its up.

Can they do Holy Bible tones? I want one of these badly.

I've found that a Boss TR2, BF2 and a Boss Chorus (I use a modded CE2B, but i'm sure other Boss choruses would do the job) can cover most Holy Bible sounds pretty well.
