NGD: CIJ Jazzmaster (updated with pics on page 2)

Post by Noisy Cat »

Just scored a CIJ Jazzmaster off eBay. It should get to me on Friday.

What colour is it? Some kind of green? I didn't have time to ask before snapping it up.

It'll be getting the bits I upgraded my Squier VMJM with: Mojo pups, a Staytrem bridge/arm/collet, an AVRI trem and witch hat knobs.
(May now turn the Squier into a Jazzblaster.)

Never easy to tell solely from photos but looks a bit light for Sherwood?

OTM maybe? Although sometimes that looks bluer.

When you press the accelerator past halfway it doesn’t actually go any faster, but the engine noise distorts

Cheers kidz, I'm pretty happy with the price I got it for (£450 delivered). Seems like a good deal nowadays for a rare colour plus matching headstock.

This needs a tort guard, yes?

That is fucking amazing! Makes me miss my Jaguar just that little bit more. I love it man. Please if you ever get rid of that thing, I'll give you a million pounds for it.

Maybe a million was a little OTT...

Seriously though if you ever get rid, I'll do disturbing things to get money together. Like going to work. That shit sucks.

Really hope you enjoy it though, l love my CIJ Jazzy!
