Talk about all other types of guitars. Jazzmasters and basses go here!

Spirit are the cheap Korean version. Are they really expensive now? I haven't checked prices much in the last decade.

When you press the accelerator past halfway it doesn’t actually go any faster, but the engine noise distorts

My friend just bought one for £500 ouch!

I'm sure I'll have a play on it at some point and see how it feels.

Aye, they're about £300 and I'm a fickle little shit when it comes to most guitars. So that's too rich for something that's more Tha likely a passing fad, but I'm having fun with the knock off.

What shop did you find it in? I've never seen anything particularly interesting in guitarguitar, merchant city music, kennys music etc...

I like Strung Out Guitar but they're quite pricey. Any other cool shops I've missed?

The guitar store, that's where I got the Washburn R8 as well, it's a subsidiary of Victor Morris (which is a dodgy pawn shop affair that sells Rambo knives to neds, if you ever get stabbed in Glasgow chances are the knife was bough there) however they do get some interesting second hand guitars in.

It's also worth noting that Strung Out Guitars are total rip off merchants.

The bloke that is setting up my tele has a bc rich gunslinger for sale. A yellow beast with a floyd and a single humbucker. Tempted to splash out and get my modest mouse on.

The steinberger guitars are cool, I wanted one in the 80's too. However the first guitar I remember ever lusting over was this:

The Roland G707 guitar synthesizer. I had no idea what it sounded like back then, I wanted it based on its looks.

Those look like fake Chinese EMGs. Are they passive or active?

There's no battery compartment to be seen so I take it they're passive, very loud though. I'm sure the sales card had emg model numbers written on it I think I'll email the shop n ask, as I know nowt about emg's n the like.
