I could seriously start to play bass guitar: EPIPHONE THUNDERBIRD PRO COPY
-Guitar: Squier VM Mustang, Squier CV '50 Duo Sonic;
-Amplifier: Hughes&Kettner Blue Edition 60;
-FXs: Dunlop Cry Baby GCB-95 Wah, Boss BD-2 Blues Drive, Proco RAT, Danelectro Cool Cat Tremolo, EH Small Clone, MUZA FD900, Bespeco Volume pedal.

Sure you don't want a Fender Squier Vint.Mod.Jaguar Bass HB for the same money?

There's always the Up solution. As part of your rider with the promoter, specify that you need enough helium balloons to lift x weight. Plus: you can give the balloons away as souvenirs at the end of the evening.

I'd buy the short scale version at that price; besides, a cheap Thunderbird is cooler IMO
