Bank Error in your favor:Collect DeArmond M-75T

Post by westtexasred »

Today was a good day! I got a letter from the bank today telling me they had made a mistake when calculating fees I paid to close my mortgage. included with the letter was a check for $266. I went to my friends store because last time I was there I saw a sweet DeArmond M-75t on the wall. It was priced $399 -$266=$133 I also traded back my Stratcaster by Fender Strat and a gigbag that came with my Series 10 "325 Miami" he gave me $60 for them so $133-$60=$70 for a DeArmond M-75t with original HSC.

Really love those, the other guitarist in my high school jazz band had one. It and my Jaguar had a lot of common middle ground but this thing went wayyy bassier and the Jaguar went wayyy treblier.

CONRATS! Great stuff for the money, and certainly some of Korea's finest from the past 2 decades.

With US-made Dearmond 2000s and all, they're proper gems.

Thanks guys! This is a really beautiful guitar. Sounds great thru that cheezy 70s Unicord Stage 65 solid-state amp.
I bought that amp for $50 because it has a cool Black Sabbath fuzz sound when you crank the gain.
You can hear it at 1:30 on the youtube video below(not mine).

I've got the cheaper little brothers of this guitar. Really want an M-75 to round it off.

Fantastic guitars, my pop has two of the blue sparkle ones. I've heard people say these are better duo jet reissues than gretsch makes. How do feel about the weight of it?
