It looks great. There's a lot of SG love happening right now.... including right here.

I really regret selling off my Special.

Here are the coolpix. I'm really starting to bond with this guitar. It's very bright, and the pickup is substantially hotter than anything I'm used to, so I'm always tempted to tame it with a compressor. However it sounds great with fuzz and distortion. It's super light, but balances properly (just!) and is really resonant unplugged. Neck isn't really that skinny - it's just like a Fender neck, only a touch wider. Those incongruous tuners may yet stay, I've not decided.

If this is a '60s Jr., then it is true vintage and any changes from original parts diminish it's value greatly. Not to mention putting new holes in the headstock. .So good your seller has saved the original parts for you.

Sorry, I should have made it clear. Gibson call this the 60s SG Jr. It's a reissue made in 2011. Obviously I know not to mess with the tuners on a vintage instrument, and if it were vintage I'd have put the original tuners back on without a second thought.
