It's here! My first impressions is that a baritone isn't really like anything I have. I have baritone strings on my Bass VI, but it doesn't feel like this guitar. It is noticeably longer in the neck, but not like a bass of course. This particular guitar is pretty light really. The pickups are very interesting. The Jazz in the neck is super full and warm sounding. The bridge is very bright. Middle sounding is a pretty good balance, but I think I like the neck or bridge alone sound better. Coil tap tone is pretty cool. Thinner which is fun with overdrive and fuzz. I am really happy having the contours and this neck is great. PST made it a u shape like some of my Japanese guitars and it has a 12 radius like the guitars I learned to play on. I think the flatter radius helps keep the rattle down, but that could just be a guess. The tuners and bridge he put on are very sturdy (which was a concern of mine with the thicker gauge strings.) I have it tuned in B at the moment. The sound is super full through my showman using a 15 speaker. Very pleased. E chord with my Rat or DS-1 sounds like doom. String through body has really good sustain.
