Sounds so crisp and clean, great playing as always to boot.

Ampkit for iOS; Peavey Valveking head set clean, matching 1x12, miked with an ON AXIS 58!

Fucking love this app, takes pedals really well. I splurged on the 'all pedals, amps, cabs and mics' deal, yet always seem to land on the Valveking model. Might need to buy a real one some day.

Haha I think I'd had more whisky than I'd realised, totally forgot how to play but thanks.

50% for the look, 50% for the sound, thinking about some goldfoil pickup updates (pickupdates?) as a liiiiiittle more twang would be great, and the OGs guitar look so much doper with those toastertops:

Money well spent Andy (on the guitar and app). It'll be interesting to hear the difference with the goldfoils. Have you investigated the blend setting on there yet? Do you think it might just be wired up incorrectly?

I think this is by design, check out 2:15 here:

This guy states that this position has a CAP on it as well, so it's acting as a tone control at the same time.. pretty bonkers, 2:10:

Gonna have a poke around over the weekend, see if I can keep some of the idiosyncrasies but make it a bit more useful.

Maybe try just disconnecting the cap to see how that sounds...

Aye, that'd definitely be my first port-of-call. Might see if I can do something nifty like stick a push-pull for the blender dial that switches the polarity of one pickup, allowing in and out-of-phase settings :)

Best of both worlds. Like the S1 switching system.

BTW what interface did you get to connect up to your guitar to the ipad?
