I was gonna sell it or trade it for something else because i have enough strats and white with gold isn't a good look for me but it plays awesome. Neck is rad so i'll keep it and get rid of another.. Got it for almost nothing so it was a win...

And yeah, it sure does look like mine. great choice of colors on a big headstock charmer, Brandon! Curious if the neck is as small as my ST68-TX, which is even smaller than the tiny necks on my RI Gretsches.

This guitar confuses me, maybe its a comp strat. The neck looks like an American Special neck, but the body is an American Standard since it has the 2-point tremelo instead of the standard vintage style that the Special has. Did you look under the hood yet? Either way its a beaut, I love large headstock strats.

it's tripping me out too.. it doesn't make sense. It's like part american special and part american standard.. but the serial is USA for sure so it could be a special run or he fixed it up maybe.. no idea.. made in 2009 or 2010 is all i know for sure.. I have the back plate here and it's off white with black trim so i'm thinking the pickguard was changed. He played on the road a lot and is in the service so he travels so no telling where he got it. He's from up north somewhere near canadian border. Pissing me off that i can't find anything on it. Either way i got it for a ridiculous price, basically nothing because i traded him labor and some things i had already that didn't cost me anything. It's a win.
Anyone know the name of this color? I can't find an american special or american standard in this color either so .. wtf
