Pribora hand wound pickups from Russia
I've just ordered a set of these for my parts Strat, because I'm hoping to build something nice and 50s/traditional sounding.
They seem be built with attention to detail (embossed flatwork is neat) using the same components everyone else uses. Best bit is, a full set was £38 inc postage!

I bought the flat set, because I like all my strings to be the same volume. Will report back when they arrive.

This one. I used to like a lipstick in a strat, but it's not as good as full-size lipsticks in a Danelectro (which I already have). I thought the black anodised aluminium scratchplate would be cool, but I'm sure it makes the guitar seem too bright and even rattley. So I'm putting a proper set of strat pickups in there with a white pickguard. Plus the black guard makes me think of Gilmour
I'm never happy with Strats. I bet I swap the neck for and Allparts vintage-style one (not a massive fan of med-jumbo frets and I'm undecided about maple fretboards) and swap the body for a hardtail... etc etc
The only two things I'm sure I like about it are the vintage Schaller M6 tuners and the Oak Grigsby 5-way switch.
