Jag pickups are Strat size without the claw/cover, so yes. You just need to use a Strat pickup cover.

Pearly Gates are nice, I'm sure they are based on the 59 PAF. Trembuckers are probably similar but with different pole piece spacing for Ibanez type guitars. You'd have to research that.

Seems to me most classic humbuckers are based around the 59 PAF.
