Gretsch 5126

Post by dezb1 »

My buddy bought this from crack converters a couple of days ago for cheap, had it on the bench setting it up for him tonight. Really nice guitar pickups have a nice twang to them, bigsby stays in tune all in all I'm a bit jealous...

I never see deals like this in these shops, my brother in law got a Nord lead for a good price a few weeks ago why do I miss the deals?

Proper sleepers with some of MIK lines' best construction.

In fact some of the51XX series I've played are seriously right up there with my Country Club, in someways maybe even better twangers with those proper DeArmonds.

Good times either way!

And speaking of affordable Gretsch Sparklies, a few weeks ago there was a Pro Jet Special Run alert out on GT...just $399 for Surf Green or a lovely Scumbag Blood Orange at a certain dealer in Minnasoder. Right here is teh LANKZ

I'll have to convince him that he's too old to learn the guitar and offer to buy it from him.
