I got this cool tele tonite at my friends store. Sounds so awesome through my Marshall amp.

According to this website Raven is a Matsumoku badge,but that is all the info I could find on this guitar.

It has a worn sticker on the backplate that says Welch's House of Music National City. I think that is near San Diego.

Body is a sandwich construction like a Fender Rosewood Telecaster

Saddles were changed but the originals were in the case

I love this. Never heard of Raven.

Apparently they were made for a Canadian importer.

Really like the looks of the guitar. When did you get the Marshall Valvestate? I'm sort of getting into transistor amps again too...

And yes, National City is just south of downtown San Diego

Thanks! I got the Valvestate last week. I think it sounds pretty good,at least in my bedroom,lol.
