I'm pretty sure poly can't be fixed.
No, nitro can be touched up, poly you can just make it a bit less obvious. I'd probably live with it, they always get the odd chip, whatever you do.

No, leave it completely alone. Anything you attempt will look worse.
It completely sucks they did this, but the best thing you can do now is just play that thing

That's two different guitars. the second one has a sticker on the neck you scamp!

Stewmac sells superglue/paint mix for drop filling chips and cracks like that, is that what you used?

No its just the angle so you can't see the heal of the neck with the sticker on the first one, if you look really closely at the second pic you can just make out where the fix is... I'm sure i have more pics of the original damage including the sticker.
