They're £178 with free shipping for Islanders (before VAT/handling charges etc). I think that would still work out significantly cheaper than the £349 the likes of Andertons are asking?

Thanks to Rob I ordered one impulsively o. Sunday, and it arrived today... I was really really NOT in the need of another guitar, even less a brand new one. Even more so since I already own an original issue black Toronado!
But at €249 w/ free shipping I couldn't resist. And maaan I'm pretty damn blown away by, like, EVERYTHING this guitar is!
I was publicly complaining about the bad set-up but hey I only had to lower the string action about 5mm (...) and that solved it! Ok yes and it will need better/thicker strings.
But the quality, look, feel, sound... Damn it's all flawless. Top. Whoa!
Now I've been buying one brand new Squier a year ever since 2016. Damn!
I will definitely recommend this guitar 100% to any- and everybody here.
^excellent! toronados i think are my favorite all around fender guitar. granted, so many of their spec make them more gibson-like, but the fit and feel of all the models i've picked up scream "they got it right".
