Ditto has always served me well, recently upgraded to the +. With the + you can plug the looper into a computer and put recordings on to the pedal, or visa versa. Great for getting song ideas onto a computer, or putting recorded loops/samples/sound effects onto the pedal for live use.
There's a load of cheapo Donner etc. loopers out there which I gather are all functionally the same as the Ditto, if you're really looking for proper simple loopy times. The EHX 360 I had for a while was ace too, as it's also simple but gives you multiple save slots for your loops
I picked up the NUX Loop Core DELUXE which has savable memory, drum patterns, all kinda of trigger, record and playback modes; GREAT creative tool, I already wrote a few songs with it alone. It may well be a RC-5 copy, although I know the drum sounds/patterns are its own.
Shad's got a cheapy looper pedal AVEC DRUMS (a Mooer Grooveloop, found a pic); I've heard a bunch of samples of it and it seems like a real nice addition to y'basic looper:
