I was looking around on Reverb.com and found a listing for a Fender Bronco with an original case and the Bronco Amp (Fender Vibrochamp with Red Lettering). What I found odd was the neck plate. It kinda has a weird point instead of the normal rounded square shape.
Has anyone ever seen Fender neck plates like these before?
I was gonna say, looks like an old fender acoustic neck plate. Would early broncos still have had serial numbers on the neck plates? Supposedly every student model guitar or offset has had its neck plate pilfered to be paired up with a vintage strat

Genuine actually but cut down from one of their acoustic neckplates.
That looks like something the Fender police would carry. Suspect was apprehended on a 4-31, operating a vintage Jazzmaster without a regulation amber tip charge.
