Are these the same as the ones we got that don't stay in tune?

No. They were 22.75” scale Squiers with hard tail strat bridges and hambakers.

These are 24” scale Fenders with like proper Jazzmastery bridges and pickups.

Still might not stay in tune I suppose but I’d imagine they’d probably be fine.
