I went to a weird “estate sell” which was full of all kinds of junk. Lots of beat up stereo equipment of questionable usability and lots of really shitty guitars.

Had this stupid pickguard
I pulled the bucker off, not sure about the neck, I could use to practice doing fret work and also use it as my pickup test bed.

That shit on the pickguard will buff off, the rest looks solid and chuckable, should be great fun. You should enlarge the route and put one of these in:

These are generally crap, but I like the fretwork practice and pickup testbed idea. Drill the pickup route all the way through the body and rig up a clamp so you can load pickups in from the back without the need to remove/loosen strings.
